Math

Hi everyone welcome to my blog,

I'm going to share what we have been doing for math. Our aim for math is to learn how to add and subtract negative and positive numbers. Now I'm going to teach you how to add and subtract negative and positive, And also how to do decimals

Here is something I made to show you how to do it:

I'm going to share what we have been doing for sci. In science we have been learning about yeast. Now I'm going to share some facts with you about yeast.

1: yeast is a fungus

2: yeast has been used for hundreds of years.

3:Also yeast is in hibernation and needs to be woken up.

Peppers

Hi everyone welcome to my blog,

I'm going to share what we have been doing for science. In science, we have been learning about peppers. Now I'm going to share what we learned about peppers.

1. Why is peppers hot: Peppers are hot because of a chemical component named capsaicin

2.The top 6 hottest pepper are:

  • Carolina Reaper 2,200,000 SHU.
  • Trinidad Moruga Scorpion 2,009,231 SHU.
  • 7 Pot Douglah 1,853,936 SHU.
  • 7 Pot Primo 1,469,000 SHU.
  • Trinidad Scorpion “Butch T” 1,463,700 SHU.
  • Naga Viper 1,349,000 SHU.

3.What is a Scoville Chilli scale: The Scoville scale is a measurement of the spiciness or "heat" of chili peppers

Here are some peppers

So Hot Right Now: 11 Chilies You Should Know

To see which is the best way to cool down the hot chilies teste in your mouth when eating chili

I think that by using ....... I will be able to remove the chili taste from my mouth

The equipment we will use:

1 milk

2 water

3 coca-cola

4 tasting cup

5 chili

The results Of the test are:

Milk had a small effect on the chili. after 3 minutes it took the whole taste away

Coke had a small effect on the chili. Coke worked well after 3 minutes and removed the taste totally

water did not remove the chili at all. After 3 minutes it removed the taste slightly

Conclusion

milk could be a solution when eating cpicy foods - literally. That's because milk helps your mouth handle capsaicin, an oily chemical compound in chili pepper. capsation binds to a receptor in the tongue and creates a burning sensation. casein protein found In milk can also bind to the capsaicin and wash it away.

Blind taste test

Hi everyone welcome to my blog,

I'm going to share what we have been doing for science. In science, we had to do a blind taste test, after we taste one of the foods we have to say if it was Sweet, sour, bitter, salty. Then we have to put the information in a doc. Also, the equipment that we use is: 1-9 samples, Blindfolds, Recording chart, and ice cream stick taster

Also, the method we used is:

Pair up with someone then one of the people that are in the pair will have put on the blindfold then the other person will need to guide the person to one of the samples. After some time the pairs will switch rules.

Then after they taste the samples they will write if it was sweet, sour, bitter, or salty. Then they will try to guess what they have just eaten.

Friends

Hi everyone welcome to my blog,

I'm going to share what we have been doing for WGA. In wga we have been learning about friends. After we learned about friends we have answer 3 questions the question are:

  1. What is Taha Whānau? : Taha whānau is about who makes you feel like you belong, who you care about, and who you share your life with

  2. Why are 'good friend' relationships so important?: Good friends are good because they would help you in difficult times.

  3. Why is Respect so important for all (not just friends) of our relationships? Because if there was no respect in relationships that relationship will probably end up being a bad one.
