Am going to share what we have been doing for Wga. What we have been doing for Wga is working on a doc called hhm "your body". One one of things we had to do in this doc is answer some questions.
This is my one:
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 7 and in 2021 I will be a year 8. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Hi Ken, Good effort to post your table and provide some one-word answers to the questions. Our reading says you can take care of your mind with 'good ideas'. An idea we are learning about is how your body affects your moods, thoughts and feelings. So, take care of it, as you point out, by exercising. If your were feeling annoyed or irritated what would be a question to ask yourself?
